New Project: 100 Days to Sparta


Day 1: 1 Hour at Work Gym then 2 hours at Krudar Muay Thai

Day 2: 15 minute jog with the dog, 1 hour group circuit training session, 2 hours Arnis class

Day 3: 1 hour core training

Day 4: 1 hour heavy bag training, 15 minute jog

Day 5: Partied like a rock star....
