BARF!


I used to treat myself to a burger or a steak after a hard workout. Tonight, instead, I had a bowl of carrots and a protein shake. Joy. (sarcasm)

Bench Press:

  • 15 reps at 50lbs
  • 15 reps at 60lbs
  • 15 reps at 70 lbs
  • 15 reps at 80lbs
  • 10 reps at 90 lbs
  • 10 reps at 100lbs
  • 8 reps at 110lbs
  • 8 reps at 120lbs
  • 4 reps at 130lbs
  • 4 reps at 120lbs
  • 6 reps at 110 lbs
  • 6 reps at 100 lbs

Lat/shoulder shrugs:

  • 5 sets of 10 reps at 100lbs

Lat pull downs 10 reps seated row 10 reps at 100lbs:

  • 4 sets of this circuit

10 minutes heavy bag,  1 minute intervals, 1.5 minute breaks in between

10 minutes ground and pound heavy bag, 1 minute intervals 1.5 minute brakes in between

8 minutes heavy bag kicks,  1 minute intervals, 1.5 minute breaks  in between
